Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce drawing standards and documentation protocols

• Lead preparation and QA/QC of project specifications

• Manage coordination across consultant teams for compliance

• Guide development through municipal permit processes

• Conduct site observations for construction adherence

Requirements:

• 12–15+ years of architecture experience

• Proven mass timber construction expertise

• Registered Architect in British Columbia

• Knowledge of building codes and permitting

• Familiarity with SR&ED programs is a plus
