Position: Design Assistant for Soft Accessories
Become a key player in lululemon's Soft Accessories team as a Design Assistant. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on textile-driven essentials that balance function and style.

As a Design Assistant, you will help shape high-performing soft accessories that enhance everyday attire. Collaborating closely with Designers, you’ll engage in design reviews, contribute sketches, and develop prototypes. You’ll gain insights into various construction methods, supporting your growth in the design realm while learning to align products with athletic performance and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design and development of soft accessory products

• Collaborate with Designers on seasonal concepts

• Create sketches, CADs, and presentation materials

• Participate in fittings and design meetings

• Assist with research on trends and materials

Requirements:

• 0–2 years experience in design (internships included)

• BA in Fashion Design or related field

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong interest in textiles and apparel design

• Foundational design skills for product creation
