As a BIM Coordinator at ACCIONA, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and monitoring BIM deliverables on large-scale projects, particularly focusing on transportation and infrastructure. Your work will involve developing BIM Execution Plans, ensuring adherence to design standards, and facilitating seamless communication between design consultants. Your analytical skills will also be vital for conducting clash detection and managing design conflicts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Coordinate BIM deliverables with design partners and subcontractors

• Conduct quality reviews of 3D models for consistency

• Support training on BIM workflows for teams

• Maintain data integrity in BIM models and reporting tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Experience as BIM Coordinator on large projects

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D

• Understanding of international BIM standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
