At Kasian, we are seeking a motivated Senior Interior Designer concentrating on healthcare projects. You’ll lead the design process while ensuring quality and functionality. This role involves collaboration with leadership, managing design standards, and directly mentoring junior colleagues, enriching the development of our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive interior design production standards

• Develop and manage project budgets and design contracts

• Lead design concepts and prepare client presentations

• Coordinate with various project stakeholders for success

• Engage in code compliance and contract review processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, 10-15 years' experience

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry design trends

• Graphic software proficiency including Revit and AutoCAD

• Strong project management and client relationship skills

• Registration with a local regulatory body is mandatory
