Join the City of Vancouver as a Landscape Architect I focused on green infrastructure planning and design in beautiful Vancouver. Support GRI project implementation and elevate public spaces while contributing to sustainability.

This role within the Green Rainwater Infrastructure Branch requires project management skills in landscape architecture and public realm design. You'll lead GRI projects, perform site evaluations, and prepare detailed landscape designs from concept to construction. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders is key to ensuring project success and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GRI design and landscape architecture projects

• Manage project implementations and timelines effectively

• Conduct site evaluations for GRI project proposals

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with consultants and manage external project reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in landscape architecture with 2+ years’ experience

• Professional licensing with the BC Society of Landscape Architecture

• Knowledge of GRI design principles and urban ecology

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and graphics software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
