• Guide end-to-end design processes from concept to execution

• Define and refine guest journey through well-planned layouts

Requirements:

• 15+ years in retail store design or architecture

• Proven leadership of design teams with exceptional results

• Strong stakeholder management and influence capabilities

• Degree in a relevant field; certifications are a plus

• Proficient in AutoCAD and creative design software
