We seek a highly skilled architect with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Canada to assist with our firm’s growth. This Associate role allows you to manage unique projects while mentoring junior professionals. Your expertise will influence diverse architectural and interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple architectural projects concurrently
• Collaborate closely with design teams for project success
• Liaise with authorities during Building Permit submission
• Conduct comprehensive Building Code reviews
• Mentor architects and interns throughout projects
Requirements:
• Registration with AIBC as a Registered Architect
• Strong technical experience on Tenant Improvement projects
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software
• In-depth knowledge of BC Building Code and municipal bylaws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Your project management skills will flourish in this rewarding Associate Architect role.
