Position: Interior Designer for Residential Development
Join Alabaster Homes as an Intermediate Interior Designer focused on residential and corporate projects in Metro Vancouver. This role enhances design processes through collaboration and creativity.

You will support the design team by assisting in design development, drawing production, and procuring materials. Collaborating with experienced professionals, you’ll handle project documentation and directly contribute to staging and furnishing showhomes.

Your role will involve creating specified environments that resonate with buyers while managing various project responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design development alongside the Senior Designer

• Update floor plans and presentation materials

• Organize and manage the material library

• Coordinate with vendors for sourcing and procurement

• Assist with staging and setup of marketing suites

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of interior design experience

• Degree in Interior Design or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills

• Valid work eligibility in Canada
