We are looking for a Registered Architect with over 10 years of Canadian experience, ready to take on leadership responsibilities. This position combines architectural design with project management, allowing you to work on a varied project portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping junior staff and guiding project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural and interior design project management
• Engage in design collaboration with fellow professionals
• Oversee Building Permit preparation and documentation
• Review Building Codes and local Bylaws efficiently
• Support and train upcoming architects and designers
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Canadian architecture
• Registered Architect with AIBC certification
• Advanced knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid experience with Tenant Improvement and interior projects
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
