Step into a new challenge as an Interior Designer relocating to Vancouver from Alberta or Ontario. This role emphasizes a collaborative approach in Commercial Tenant Improvement projects with a focus on innovative design.
We invite experienced Interior Designers with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a license from Alberta or Ontario.
Your role will include engaging directly with clients, managing multiple projects, and influencing overall project success. Strong design proficiency and creative thinking are essential in this environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a variety of Tenant Improvement projects
• Engage with clients to establish project goals
• Develop and present compelling design presentations
• Coordinate design development with detailed 3D models
• Curate finishes and materials that fit project needs
Requirements:
• 8+ years working in architectural design
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design tools
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Licensed Interior Designer in Alberta or Ontario
• Willingness to move to Vancouver
