This role requires you to craft end-to-end designs, define foundational patterns, and facilitate high-level collaboration. Your extensive background in product design and systems thinking will allow you to drive improvements in design quality across AI products. Additionally, you will mentor fellow designers, ensuring a cohesive design culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the experience design lifecycle for AI Search
• Define and enforce design patterns and principles
• Collaborate with diverse teams on AI product direction
• Mentor other designers through constructive feedback
• Contribute to org-wide design culture initiatives
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in Product Design, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience with AI-powered products
• Mastery of UX craft including usability and visual design
• Strong business acumen and product judgment
• Skills in facilitation and cross-functional partnership
