In our Forensic Architecture & Engineering division, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to enhance our team.

Your role will involve scrutinizing design documents, preparing compliance reports, and conducting essential site assessments. Candidates should possess knowledge of Building Code Parts 3 and/or 9 and effective drafting abilities are an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze design and shop drawings for compliance

• Create detailed code compliance documentation

• Perform field reviews and report observations

• Engage in meetings and occupancy presentations

• Propose alternative solutions to compliance issues

Requirements:

• Technician or Technologist graduate with a focus on Architectural Technologies

• Strong understanding of relevant Building Codes

• Excellent communication abilities

• Competency in interpreting design drawings

• Hold a valid BC Driver’s License
