Designer of Trims

Position: Designer of Trims at Lululemon

As a Trims Designer in Lululemon's Accessories team, you will lead the design and development of elements crucial to our bags and other performance products. With at least five years of industry experience, you'll prioritize function, quality, and brand integrity in your designs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and thorough research into trends and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design trims for Bags, SLGs, Headwear, and Equipment

• Lead from concept to commercialization for trims

• Develop strategic plans aligning with Lululemon's vision

• Bring innovative ideas to life through prototyping

• Prepare presentations that articulate design intent

Requirements:

• 5+ years in accessories design or similar field

• Strong understanding of aesthetic and functional design

• Proven collaboration skills with diverse teams

• Exceptional organizational and detail management skills

• Proficient in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling
