In the Enterprise Intelligence organization, your role focuses on enhancing Ads lifecycle management through user-centric design. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you’ll leverage data and insights to inform your design process, ensuring high-quality delivery. Your creative input will directly affect player optimization and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from initial concept to final execution

• Use data for refining design decisions and solutions

• Present and discuss designs with stakeholders across teams

• Assess usability improvements and gather user feedback

• Create efficient user flows and interaction models for internal tools

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product design

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design capabilities

• Skilled in Figma and prototyping methodologies

• Experienced in user-centric design practices

• Knowledge in designing for complex workflows and systems
