As a key figure within our Vancouver Studio, this position requires 10+ years in healthcare architecture and a proven ability to lead complex projects. You will direct all project phases, including design, documentation, and client engagement, while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Your role will also encompass sustainable design practices aligned with LEED and passive house standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of design and construction documentation

• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control

• Conduct internal project meetings and communicate updates

• Mentor junior team members on project execution

• Manage financial performance and project milestones

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture

• 10+ years in healthcare-related projects

• AIBC or equivalent registered architect status

• Advanced skills with BIM platforms, especially Revit

• Effective multitasking and leadership abilities
