Client Design Coordinator

Become the Client Design Coordinator with Cadillac Fairview based in Vancouver. This vital role encompasses overseeing tenant design implementations in retail and food projects while working autonomously and effectively.

The Client Design + Delivery Coordinator will collaborate with numerous stakeholders to establish and maintain design standards for various retail environments. This is a full-time role requiring excellent communication and project management skills, ideally suited for an individual with a background in Interior Design or Architecture. You will serve as a key component in facilitating client needs while ensuring adherence to design ambitions across operational and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and comment on client proposals and drawings

• Introduce Cadillac Fairview Design Criteria to Clients

• Respond to queries from clients and contractors

• Communicate brand and design strategy effectively

• Attend client tracking meetings for project coordination

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• 3-4 years of related experience

• Strong knowledge of National Building Codes

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
