As a creative team member on the Store Development Project Team at Earls, you will execute design visions through detailed construction drawings, floor plans, and design materials.

This role offers opportunities for collaboration with external consultants and travel across North America, enhancing your experience in hospitality design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design presentation materials and construction drawings

• Assist in FF&E coordination and installation documentation

• Present design intent to project stakeholders

• Collaborate with consultants to execute construction drawings

• Manage on-site coordination for FF&E installations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in hospitality or commercial design

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and FF&E detailing

• Effective communication and detail-oriented

• Willingness to travel across North America
