Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design lifecycle and produce intuitive digital experiences

• Own and evolve design libraries in Figma for brand consistency

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams for seamless execution

• Conduct user research translating findings into actionable designs

• QA staged implementations to ensure design fidelity before launch

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design or UX/UI

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership

• Expert-level user of Figma with organized design files

• Experience owning design systems across products

• Post-secondary credential in Design or equivalent experience
