Position: Senior Experience Designer in EA's AdTech
Elevate digital advertising experiences with Electronic Arts as a Senior Experience Designer on the AdTech team.

Your role involves leading innovative designs in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.

As part of the Enterprise Intelligence group, you will design user-driven solutions for Ads lifecycle management. Collaborating with engineering and product teams, you will utilize usability research and data to create impactful designs that resonate with users. Your leadership will ensure fluid interaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end design processes for advertising features

• Leverage research and data insights to inform design choices

• Communicate design concepts to stakeholders and refine outcomes

• Evaluate design success through usability and adoption metrics

• Transform complex systems into clear interaction patterns

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years designing digital products with a portfolio

• Proficient in Figma and other design tools

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration in agile settings

• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies

• Background in creating for complex systems and workflows
