This position drives the successful execution of retail projects, coordinating site information, schedules, and documentation. You will facilitate project flow through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept through to construction

• Identify and mitigate risks impacting project schedules

• Maintain organized project documentation and information

• Oversee drawings, RFIs, and related project communications

• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and standards
