Position: Senior Outerwear Designer at lululemon

This senior role involves designing exceptional women's outerwear under expert mentorship. Your experience will drive the creation of functional, stylish garments that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. You'll be an essential mentor to junior designers while ensuring that fashion and function coexist in your creations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative women's outerwear for various conditions

• Mentor junior designers on design processes and techniques

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesion in product development

• Present design concepts to leadership for approval

• Conduct fittings and refine garments based on feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience

• BA, BFA, or BS in Design required

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Direct interest in 3D and Generative AI design

• Strong understanding of technical fabrics and trends
