Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead AI Search strategy and end-to-end experience design. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to set vision, raise the bar for design quality, and elevate other designers while shaping trustworthy AI experiences.
You will own design across a complex product area, driving opportunity framing, prototyping, validation, and high-quality execution while aligning teams around customer needs and long-term product goals.
