Your role will involve everything from crafting beautiful bouquets to customer service, showcasing the gorgeous locally sourced flowers we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom floral designs and bouquets on demand

• Condition and prep flowers efficiently

• Process plants and maintain visually appealing displays

• Take phone orders and communicate with customers

• Act as the first charge manager when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of retail floral design experience

• Knowledgeable in flower processing and care

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
