Our client, a leading architectural firm in BC, is searching for a skilled BIM Specialist with over five years of professional experience. Your strong Revit abilities will be vital in developing comprehensive documentation and collaborating with a supportive team across various project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce detailed Design Development and Construction Documents
• Develop accurate Revit models and drawing packages
• Support BIM workflows and document coordination
• Assist with construction packages and code requirements
• Participate actively in project QA/QC processes
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in Architectural Technology
• At least 5 years in an architectural environment
• Advanced Revit proficiency and BIM experience
• Knowledge of Canadian building codes
• Authorized to work in Canada and open to relocation
