Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive functional programming and layout designs

• Generate 3-D renderings and detailed design presentations

• Oversee furniture procurement specifications and client communications

• Conduct site verification to inform accurate design decisions

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in delivering interior design projects

• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft applications

• In-depth understanding of compliance regulations and design standards

Required qualifications:

BAID degree and NCIDQ Certification

• Excellent organizational skills with a capability to manage priorities
