Position: Designer 2 for Hike Apparel at Arc’teryx
Join Arc’teryx as a Designer 2 focusing on Men’s Hike apparel in North Vancouver. This hands-on, on-site role challenges you to innovate functional and stylish outdoor solutions.

In this role, you will be integral in designing and refining apparel solutions that speak to the needs of outdoor enthusiasts. You’ll be working closely with the Design and Fit & Pattern teams, ensuring that your designs are not only relevant but also commercially viable. Your collaboration will extend to testing materials and refining product construction, maintaining the quality and performance that Arc'teryx is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute seasonally relevant product designs

• Contribute to commercializing innovative technologies

• Create prototypes to test new design concepts

• Work with teams to resolve fit and construction issues

• Present design concepts in internal meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in design and 5+ years of relevant experience

• Advanced understanding of garment construction

• Technical proficiency in design software

• Skills in planning and problem-solving in design

• Initiative and commitment to innovative thinking
