Position: Emergency Physician for Pediatric Care
Take on an impactful role as a Pediatric Emergency Physician at British Columbia Children’s Hospital in Vancouver. Available as a full-time or part-time position, this role emphasizes acute care delivery and education.

As a Pediatric Emergency Physician, you will provide crucial clinical care to young patients in the Emergency Department and engage with educational programs through the University of British Columbia. This position not only includes engaging in operational initiatives but also contributes to research and leadership in pediatric emergency medicine throughout the province.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical care to children and adolescents

• Participate in educational training and programs at UBC

• Involve in divisional and departmental initiatives

• Support ongoing clinical research projects

• Offer expertise in quality improvement or similar

Requirements:

• Completed accredited residency in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or CCFP-EM

• Experience in pediatric emergency contexts

• Eligible for specialist licensing in BC

• Strong commitment to educational and research missions

• Flexible FTE commitment of 0.40–0.80 available
