The Vancouver Coastal Health Division of Cardiology is seeking an exceptional cardiologist with a year of specialized fellowship training in Heart Failure for a permanent full-time role s position combines clinical responsibilities with educational commitments, being part of UBC's cardiology faculty. You’ll be involved in both outpatient clinics and inpatient cardiology consulting, while promoting research and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inpatient consultations for cardiac patients
• Oversee ambulatory general cardiology and heart function clinic
• Collaborate with UBC on research and education
• Deliver teaching to medical trainees and residents
• Participate in diversity-focused community initiatives
Requirements:
• Full CPSBC registration for practice in BC
• Desired FRCPC credentials in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
• Minimum one year of Heart Failure fellowship experience
• Strong commitment to research and teaching
• Excellent communication abilities
