As part of the VGH Division of Cardiology, you will engage in a clinical practice that serves a diverse patient population across British Columbia. The position emphasizes both your cardiology expertise and dedication to teaching within the UBC system. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ambulatory cardiology clinics and inpatient services
• Collaborate in teaching medical students and residents
• Engage in research efforts to improve cardiology practices
• Foster a culture of equity and inclusion in healthcare
• Provide exemplary patient communication and support
Requirements:
• Valid RCPSC designation in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
• Licensure eligibility in British Columbia
• Membership in CPSBC and CMPA is mandatory
• Proven communication and mentorship skills
• Enthusiasm for engaging diverse patient groups
