Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician to join their team at Sechelt Hospital. This role emphasizes high clinical standards and encompasses both inpatient and outpatient services. Your expertise will support the strong community culture and assist in various quality improvement initiatives, creating an enjoyable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient care
• Perform clinical evaluations and procedures
• Collaborate in infection control efforts
• Offer teaching and mentoring for future physicians
• Participate in community health outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Provisional license with College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC)
• CMPA membership required
• Eligible for FRCPC certification
• Experience in busy acute care environments needed
