WELL Health is seeking an experienced Physician Compensation & Reconciliation Analyst to support end-to-end administration, analysis and reconciliation of physician payment cycles across WELL’s clinic portfolio.
The role is responsible for reviewing source data and approved physician agreement terms, preparing and validating payment calculations, coordinating approvals, tracking payments and reconciling physician payables to supporting records and financial systems.
