Locum Interventional Radiologist

Join Vancouver Coastal Health as a locum Interventional and Diagnostic Radiologist. Bring your fellowship training and experience to a leading academic radiology team supporting patients at Vancouver General Hospital.

This full-time position requires an MD and Fellowship in Interventional Radiology. You will participate in a large dynamic service, handling a range of vascular interventions and consultations. Ideal candidates will also engage in teaching and research, enhancing both clinical outcomes and academic knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interventions in interventional oncology and vascular procedures

• Conduct patient consultations and pre/post procedure management

• Participate in teaching and research initiatives

• Collaborate with a supportive allied health care team

• Administer pain management and spinal injection procedures

Requirements:

• MD degree and Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology

• Eligible for licensure in British Columbia

• Experience with complex musculoskeletal interventions

• Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada

• Desire for academic involvement and research activities
