Apply clinical research expertise to Generative AI products as a freelance physician-researcher supporting evidence synthesis and validation. Flexible, asynchronous engagement supports project-based work.
This Subject Matter Expert role connects medical researchers with GenAI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, software developers, and product managers. You will guide products for systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials, qualitative studies, and evidence synthesis. Your expertise will support reliable medical evidence generation, translation, and dissemination.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide product and workflow design for clinical research
- Evaluate GenAI outputs for accuracy and methodological rigor
- Integrate clinical and biomedical data sources into tools
- Define test cases and evaluation metrics for GenAI agents
- Review model selection, tuning, testing, and refinement
- MD specializing in Internal Medicine
- Board certification and active U.S. clinical license
- Peer-reviewed publications as first or senior author
- Experience with RCTs, systematic reviews, or meta-analyses
- Working knowledge of GenAI, NLP, and machine learning
