Senior Pastor – Ebenezer Baptist Church

Our senior pastor must be a godly person who is an experienced preacher, teacher, leader, and shepherd who is able to minister to the congregational family of Ebenezer Baptist Church in various capacities. We desire a leader who can clearly communicate and execute our mission, which is winning and building lifelong followers of Christ and who is committed to be a person who motivates and trains ministry leaders and volunteers, models the application of God’s word to one’s personal life and lives an exemplary life based on clear biblical principles.

The successful candidate should have a Master of Divinity or equivalent degree from an evangelical seminary and at least five years of lead pastoral experience. We desire a leader who will work collaboratively with church leadership and volunteers to clearly communicate and execute our mission, which is winning and building lifelong followers of Christ. Our pastor should demonstrate a strong ability to relate to people of all ages and cultures and to be fully committed to the North American Baptist Conference Statement of Beliefs.
