Role DescriptionCatalyst Training Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Part-Time Leadership Facilitator (Independent Contractor) to deliver our proven Leadership Development Programs — including Front Line Leadership (FLL), Advanced Leadership Skills (ALS), and Results-Centred Leadership (RCL).
As a Facilitator, you will lead engaging, in-person workshops that help participants transform the way they communicate, coach, and inspire their teams. This is a contract‑based position ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing others and making a measurable impact in organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate interactive, hands‑on leadership development sessions
- Engage participants through real‑world discussions and practical exercises
- Provide assessments, feedback, and coaching to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with the Catalyst team to ensure program consistency and quality
- Represent Catalyst with professionalism and enthusiasm at all sessions
- Lead both online and in‑person sessions
- Minimum 15 years of management or leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of facilitation experience in leadership or professional development training
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners
- Experience with leadership assessments and adult learning methodologies
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
