We are looking for a Center Manager – Kids STEM Program; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. You will lead our growing team of coaches and staff at Surrey to provide superior customer service to our students, parents and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:- Track and respond to all inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct tours and confidently describe our programs to prospective students and parents.
- Review program offerings, pricing, and enrollment details with families.
- Engage with parents and students, turning inquiries and visits into successful enrollments.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and hold meaningful conversations with parents to address their needs and encourage registration.
- Work with coaches to demonstrate our services and showcase program value.
- Coordinate enrollment flow, including registration, payments, and student onboarding.
- Perform organizational duties for the office and classrooms.
- Create a positive and safe environment where innovation is encouraged.
- Track student progress and provide ongoing feedback to both students and parents.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Teamwork, will work closely with the Manager - Business Development and Operations.
- Strong ability to engage parents, build trust, and turn leads into enrollments.
- Skilled in delivering sales pitches and confidently addressing parent concerns.
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
- Upbeat, positive, energetic, and works independently.
- Good listener, attentive to prospective clients’ questions.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of marketing principles.
- Proficient in promoting business and using social media.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and web-based applications.
- Educational experience and First Aid training is an asset.
- Understanding of robotics and programming is an asset.
- Ability to inspire and lead others.
- Pre-employment background check is required.
