Experienced Kindergarten Teacher at VCS

VCS is seeking an experienced part-time Kindergarten Teacher to inspire and nurture the next generation in a caring, faith-centered setting. Make a lasting impact on student learning and development.

In this 0.4 FTE position, you will guide young learners through essential literacy and numeracy skills r faith integration will enrich their educational experiences, while your expertise in differentiated instruction will cater to a variety of learning styles. You'll play a key role in fostering children's growth both academically and spiritually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach essential literacy and numeracy concepts to students

• Integrate faith into daily lessons and activities

• Employ differentiated strategies for varied learning needs

• Leverage technology to support learning objectives

• Assess and monitor student progress according to best practices

Requirements:

• Certified teacher in British Columbia is mandatory

• Completion of a Bachelor of Education is essential

• ECE qualification considered an asset

• Experienced in teaching numeracy and literacy principles

• Strong command of contemporary pedagogical strategies
