Position: Instructor for Social Work Program
Vancouver College of Counselling Training seeks a Social Work Instructor to provide part-time instruction. Reach adult students through both online and in-person classes, driving their success in social service careers.

In this role, you'll leverage your Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) along with five years of relevant experience. As a Social Worker Instructor, you will deliver compelling coursework and support students in applying practical social service skills. Your dedication to ethical teaching will foster an inclusive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction in social service courses

• Facilitate learning in both online and classroom settings

• Provide feedback and evaluate student assignments

• Create instructional materials and course outlines

• Support student development and readiness for employment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's in Social Work

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social work

• Knowledge of crisis response and community resources

• Strong communication skills for adult education

• Familiarity with diverse learning needs
