UBC Educational Programming Specialist

Contribute to the enhancement of educator training programs at UBC as an Educational Programming Specialist. Design and evaluate impactful learning experiences that cater to diverse educational sectors.

In this role, you will be a key player in the Office of Professional Learning at UBC, responsible for creating, implementing, and assessing educational programs. Your collaboration with faculty, educators, and community partners will drive high-quality professional learning initiatives that align with university objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs

• Consult with educators for needs-driven program design

• Coordinate program execution and monitor budgets

• Support marketing strategies to enhance enrollment

• Prepare reports on outcomes and program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree and four years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams

• Familiarity with educational technologies and platforms
