King David High School is looking for a caring and dynamic High School Counsellor to join their team at 0.6 FTE. You will play a critical role in promoting student well-being, working closely with students, parents, and teachers. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills are essential to thrive in our collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the school’s counselling and SEL programs

• Foster supportive relationships within the student community

• Provide teaching and support in various formats

• Keep up-to-date documentation while ensuring confidentiality

• Participate in co-curricular activities to support all students
Requirements:

• Graduate-level training in Counselling Psychology or similar

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with adolescents

• Teacher certification is preferred

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
