Position: Counsellor for High School Students
Become an integral part of King David School as a High School Counsellor starting September 1, 2026. This role focuses on fostering students' emotional health in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of adolescent dynamics and a passion for supporting their development. You will join a dedicated Counselling Team, working closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure the emotional well-being of our diverse community. Excellent communication, organization, and empathy are essential, as is a commitment to collaboration in a thriving school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate school counselling programs

• Build supportive relationships with students and staff

• Conduct teaching sessions for individuals and groups

• Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality

• Engage in co-curricular programs for student support

Requirements:

• Graduate-level training in Counselling Psychology

• Minimum 2 years of experience with adolescents

• Teacher certification preferred

• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
