The Senior School University and Career Guidance Counsellor plays a crucial role in enhancing student paths through organized university networking, personalized counseling sessions, and classroom instruction in career education. Collaborate closely with faculty to support students in navigating graduation requirements and post-secondary opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host university fairs and career planning events

• Guide individual student university planning sessions

• Assist with student applications and scholarship references

• Collaborate with teaching staff on career curriculum

• Foster inclusive student relationships and wellbeing

Requirements:

• BC Teaching Certification required

• Experience with IB curriculum is an asset

• Proven understanding of MYP/DP university guidance

• Strong ability to engage with diverse students

• Excellent organizational and communication expertise
