In this key position, you will report directly to the Resident Care Manager while enhancing nursing practice through innovative educational strategies. Elevate clinical skills in a supportive environment by evaluating training programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will help empower other nurses with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess educational requirements and competency data for nursing staff
• Create and implement engaging educational programs
• Mentor and coach staff to foster career development
• Serve as a clinical resource and adapt learning plans
• Collaborate on quality improvement and research initiatives
Requirements:
• Hold RN registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum three years of nursing experience in a specialized area
• Preferred experience in educational roles, teaching, and leadership
• Strong communication and analysis skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
