Lead youth engagement this summer as a Part-Time Teen Program Leader with ILAC Education Group. Facilitate orientations, organize activities, and provide essential support to international students.
ILAC Education Group aims to transform lives through education, seeking a flexible Teen Program Leader for June through August. This role demands strong customer service skills, creativity, and effective presentation abilities. Candidates should be sociable, organized, and capable of providing support to a diverse group of students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead student orientations and tours
• Provide materials and souvenirs to students
• Assist students with schedules and resources
• Ensure activities run smoothly and offer support
• Maintain students’ attendance reports
Requirements:
• Previous experience in educational or youth settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities in unexpected situations
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Background check clearance to work with minors
