Join Crofton House School as the Manager of Alumnae Relations, leading efforts to connect alumnae, students, and staff in a vibrant community. Drive engagement through programming and effective communication. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this managerial role focuses on designing an impactful Alumnae Relations program. With a minimum of two years experience, you will cultivate partnerships with the CHS Alumnae Association and engage students in networking opportunities.

This position involves developing strategies for communication across various channels and managing the alumnae newsletter and online engagement platforms.

• Design a comprehensive Alumnae Program for community engagement
• Cultivate partnerships through effective communication
• Oversee actions to introduce students to the alumnae network
• Manage content production for newsletters and online platforms
• Participate in on-campus and off-campus events

• Degree or diploma from a recognized institute
• Minimum of 2 years in alumnae relations
• Robust interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Capability to manage staff and budgets
