This position requires a knowledgeable individual to work alongside teacher sponsors and student leaders in delivering a comprehensive robotics program. As a Robotics Coach, you will nurture students' understanding of global issues while promoting teamwork and problem-solving in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and conduct after school practices
• Work closely with sponsors and captains on program delivery
• Supervise students at competitions
• Offer training resources for successful competition prep
• Enhance leadership skills of Robotics captains
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience coaching or mentoring adolescents
• Proficiency in robotics platforms and programming languages
• Experience with competition logistics, a plus
• Commitment to professional practice standards
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
