ILAC International High School is excited to welcome a new high school teacher passionate about enriching the educational experience of international students. You will be responsible for implementing the BC curriculum creatively while promoting diversity and inclusion within the classroom. This position provides an opportunity to act as a mentor and role model for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the BC Modernized Curriculum in Grades 10-12

• Establish a supportive culture for student learning

• Collaborate with staff to enhance co-curricular programs

• Prepare detailed lesson plans and assessments

• Build strong relationships with students and the school community

Requirements:

• B.C. Ministry of Education teaching certification

• Relevant educational background in related fields

• Prior teaching experience in core subjects like Science and Humanities

• Commitment to educational best practices

• Knowledge of diverse student needs and teaching methods
