Reporting to the Campus Director, your responsibilities include delivering culturally responsive instruction while fostering an inclusive learning environment. You will teach essential subjects such as case management, trauma-informed care, and advocacy, ensuring students acquire the knowledge needed for impactful careers in social services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach hybrid and online curriculum for the diploma program
• Create assessments and lesson plans to enhance learning
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance
• Evaluate and provide feedback to support student growth
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with community partners
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in fields related to Indigenous Studies
• Professional experience in community service or mental health
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and practices
• Effective communication and mentorship skills
• Familiarity with diverse populations
