Program Co-Lead at FAx

Position: Full-Time Program Co-Lead at FAx
Fraser Academy Association is actively seeking a Full-Time Program Co-Lead for the FAx initiative. This role focuses on managing educational delivery and outreach for select after-school programs.

As a Program Co-Lead at Fraser Academy, you will co-manage daily operations and ensure effective practices for tutoring students with dyslexia and learning differences. Collaborate with the Program Lead to enhance communication with parents, manage tutor assignments, and onboard new practitioners, balancing program coordination and direct instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and support to educational practitioners

• Manage admissions and enrollment inquiries

• Oversee scheduling of daily programs and placements

• Supervise educational metrics and report on progress

• Administer educational assessments and consultations

Requirements:

• Certification for administering CTOPP, CEFI assessments

• Strong experience with Orton-Gillingham and Executive Functioning

• Proven organizational and project management capabilities

• Excellent customer relation skills with parents and staff
