Position: Program Co-Lead Role at Fraser Academy
Join the Fraser Academy Association as a Program Co-Lead, focusing on student support and program management. This full-time position is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on diverse learner programs.
In this role, you will manage various aspects of the after-school and summer tutoring programs while co-leading with the Program Lead. Align efforts to provide optimum tutoring placements, onboarding, and communication with parents. Your involvement is essential for exceeding client goals and ensuring program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor new educational practitioners in their roles

• Assist with enrollment processes and inquiries

• Lead daily schedule management for learner programs

• Supervise student performance metrics and report cards

• Coordinate educational assessments and family intakes
Requirements:

• Preference for certification to administer B-level assessments

• Extensive experience with dyslexia remediation strategies

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills with parents and staff
